Garage Conversion plus Highly Insulated Add-on – Santa Fe

This project involved converting the garage in this 1970s adobe home to a Man Cave and adding on an exercise room as well as a new garage. We framed the new additions using our "stick plus" method of 2x6 framing in addition to exterior rigid foam insulation for maximum insulation value.
