The many windows in this sun room were a part of the design to maximize the views and southern solar gain. The new, bright south facing room will provide added warmth in winter months. In the summer, shading the windows will keep the room cooler.
This sun room helped expand the small home which has a tiny living room, making the open floor plan kitchen and living area open up both visually and literally.
