Shown here is the half bath in entry area, sharing walls with the entry closet and mechanical room with exterior access. The simple space features a unique cabinet holding the bowl sink which is highlighted against the bright green wall. This nice bath option shares the same subtle mottled grey tinted concrete floors which we applied to the main living space and kitchen.
The simply bath was designed to keep the plumbing in a central area, which saves on installation costs and overall efficiency. We really enjoy the cheery color of this feature wall in this small bath which gives it a dash of character while keeping the overall lines and design simple and classic.
