The grey tiled bathroom floor has a wood grain stamped into the design.

A cost efficient addition seen in this photo – the grey vanity and sink. The simple design required no modification or painting. We placed it with a simple plumbing installation. We thought it was a nice touch for the budget. Giving a tiny bit of upscale feel from an off-the-shelf product.

The light blue painted walls are also featured here. As well as a variety of towel racks and holders. The toilet hand rail was installed for the elderly couple due to move into the house.

We helped choose a faux rustic mirror to complement the overall look. The frame has a slightly rough texture with a small amount of white wash finish. Complimenting again the slight rustic details through out the entire house.

The light fixtures were those we also helped choose. We sought a classic three bulb fixture with a clean lamp design that was not too dated looking.

The bathroom design concept began with large grey marble (looking) tile as the main feature. A wainscot tile half- wall was laid behind the vanity and continued to the shower stall. A bit of interest was added to the large tiles, with mosaics. The mosaic chosen has light to mid grey tones. Mirroring the grey tones of the larger and floor tiles. A simple stripe was carried through behind the backsplash, through the window sill and over to the shower pan.
