The grey mosaic tile wainscot accents the window and connects the shower to bathroom vanity.

This completely new bathroom was tiled with various grey tiles. The floor is a wood patterned grey tile, also laid in the hallway. Large marble (looking) grey tiles were used for the field. Mosaic grey tiles with a variety of tones pull the look together.

The new framed walls were sheet rocked and then painted a subtle light blue. A more energy efficient window was installed. The deep window sills are a function of the double adobe walls. They provide a good place for sundry storage in this small room.

Renovation plans included moving the bathroom from across the house to here. Next to the bedroom. It allowed us to rework the entire back door area. Walls were framed in to created the bathroom and a proper mechanical room.

In the bathroom a series of handles and bars were installed for the elderly couple who will be living in the house. They presented a bit of a challenge given the number of them we had to incorporate. Especially in the shower.

The crisp new lines and light grey tones create a very light, airy feel for this small bathroom. A pocket door was installed to allow for maximum space and movement. Everyone involved in the creation of this room was extremely happy with the end result.

Kuddos to Randy, who executed this entire room and did a beautiful job. His precision work can be seen throughout the entire home. He managed the project for us and worked on every aspect of the renovation. The results are truly due to his hard work and skill.
