The design needed to include two hand rails for the elderly occupants of the home. It did create a bit of a challenge.
One small and one larger shelf (niche) were added to provide plenty of space to hold shower items.
A hand-held shower came with the shower head to allow for a sit down shower seat. Again, for the elderly occupants.
