This white pine t&g skylight designed in this small kitchen addition to this 400 sq. ft. straw bale casita in Crestone, Colorado provides a sense of an openness. It adds a much needed light to this small kitchen space which was created with double insulated stick framed construction due to the limited design space next to the small straw bale home.
The original structure was designed with a bedroom loft and small living space as well as an indoor bath, but did not contain a kitchen space.
