ICF block studio small bathroom, shown here. This utility bathroom with a tiny bit of decorative flair doesn’t yet have any details such as mirror, however the floors are completed and the key elements are in place.
As with the shower stall shown in prior photos, our client left the choosing of sink and toilet to us. We shopped around the found the nicest sink and low-flush toilet we could find.
The doors and small window, not shown here, are all finished with locally harvested pine rough sawn lumber we used for the entire building. The floors are cement with the dramatic deep copper colored acid stain. The room was built of highly insulated stick frame – 6″ deep to allow for R 19 and then added rigid foam on the exterior which brought the total to an R value of 24.
