Earthen plasters on walls in office – shown here in this wider view of the room. You can see how nicely an earthen plaster looks next to the soft tones of the rough sawn pine ceiling. As mentioned in the related image, the windows have been trimmed with rough sawn lumber. Our signature thick wood plank, raw bark edged sills have been added as well. The overall look is one of rustic elegance, or as we like to often call – upscale organic.
The finishing touch will be the acid stained floor which is coming up, and a small wall to floor trim to ensure the most crisp edge possible. We personally favor the warmth of this room compared to the crisp white sheet rock. But all in all the range of finishing styles in the studio work together beautifully.
