This 1500 sq. ft. simple open floor plan home was constructed with a highly insulated ICF block. The home is completely off-grid and includes water catchment rather than a well. Solar aspects include PV electric as well as solar hot water, and of course a passive solar design. (Additional photos will be updated soon, check back for finished project images)
