straw bale north wall completed

Here is an image of the straw bale north wall completed, which we began months prior to the completion of the project shown here. We were asked to sub-contract and provide the straw bale walls on this energy efficient home north of Denver. To clarify we were not involved in the design of the home, nor were the general contractors. We also did not provide the plaster coat on this view of the home, showing the exterior. We provided the straw bale infill and advised the general contractor on how to build correct wooden members for us to come onto the project and provide the infill. We did provide the custom finished lime plasters which are shown in other photos in this gallery.
