The design element of placing the mirror above and below the lights, flushed with the outer edges, creates a dramatic effect while helping the room look larger. The above and below mirror look increases the amount of light reflected in the room, which again makes it look not simply bigger, but lighter.
The overall effect of the double mirror is one of our favorites.
