Talavera tiles from Mexico were used on this design for a tiled border arched mirror for the half bath in this adobe house where we served as contractors in Sedona, Arizona. The desire was to relate the design to the bright Mexican tile ceramic patterned bathroom sink. Using the limited number of tiles turned this into a fun challenge we think turned out great and gave the mirror a Spanish flare adding a bright cheerful touch to the elegant sage green kaolin clay earthen plastered walls.
