Earthen floor needing repair – shown here. This older adobe (aka mud/earthen) floor needs a new top coat. Cracks and stains are showing in some key areas in this small casita. They need to be addressed before they become worse. We were brought into this project to asses the damage and decide upon next steps.
While we previewed the damage the owners added on some additional improvements they hoped to make to the small home. So, we set about doing a small overhaul of the casita.
